Tekken Competition Rules and Regulations

Entry Fee and Prizes

1. The entry fee for each participant is Rs500.

2. 1st Prize: Rs50,000.

Top 100 will get a voucher of Rs10,000/- on training with The American Campus

Registration

3. Participants must register in advance through an official registration process / Bring your own : Joystick/Joypad.

Tournament Format

4. The tournament will follow a KNOCKOUT (SINGLE MATCH) format on PS4.

5. Matches will be played in best-of-three rounds.

6. The grand finals will be best-of-five rounds.

Character Selection

7. Participants can select any character available in the game.

Match Rules

8. Each match consists of a single game.

9. Rounds are won by either depleting the opponent's health bar or having more health remaining when the timer runs out.

Stage Selection

10. Stage selection can be random or agreed upon by the players.

REFUND POLICY

Tekken Tournament Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees

- Registration fees for the Tekken tournament are non-refundable. Once a participant has paid the registration fee, it cannot be refunded, except under exceptional circumstances determined solely by the tournament organizers.

2. Cancellation of the Tournament

- In the unlikely event that the Tekken tournament is canceled by the organizers, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fees.

3. Disqualifications

- Participants who are disqualified from the tournament due to rule violations will not be eligible for a refund of their registration fees.

4. No-Show Participants

- Participants who do not show up for their scheduled matches without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the tournament organizers. It is important for participants to review and understand the refund policy before registering for the Tekken tournament.
